Mental Illness – Raising Awareness with Church & Community Leadership Everywhere

Raising awareness, decreasing stigma . . . Journeying alongside one another

Recovery to Practice Spring Webinar Registration Open!

Recovery happens where people live, work, worship and play. Involvement in communities can help people find a sense of belonging, provide access to activities and resources, and offer opportunities for contribution to others. All too often, however, community involvement – in work, social activities, religious life, and other pursuits – is considered only after treatment is completed, rather than being a source of discovery and healing in itself.

This series will examine how recovery-oriented practitioners and organizations can identify, access, and partner with everyday community resources to help people expand their connections in communities of their choice.
